Anyone who knows me, knows that I don’t believe in accidents. I’m a firm believer of the rule, “everything happens for a reason.” If you go through a breakup, there’s a reason, if you get fired from your job, there’s a reason, if you bump into one of your kindergarten classmates from 40 years ago, there’s a reason…..you get the idea.

AAAAAhhhhh…….my workspace. Seeing someone’s desk in my mind is akin to seeing the inside of the trunk of a car; unique to each owner.   Here are the highlights of mine. Mac desktop, calendar, notebook, lamp, and whatever I’m working on at the time. I like to keep my desk pretty clean and neat, just makes me work better. There’s the spider I created for the Valentine’s Day animation laying next to my keyboard. I want to frame him because he turned out so well but have yet to buy a tiny frame. His legs pop off pretty easily too…

On the set of the Doritos shoot we needed a magical smoke plum to transform a rather sleazy looking guy(played by Adam Duncan) into a more attractive man with Doritos shorts(also played by Adam.) In this gif you can see how Jonny Greenwald got the effect of a decent stream of fog, as opposed to the rather weak puffs the fog machine put out on it’s own. Basically a bag was filmed up with the fog then released all at once.

About two years ago we put together a little ad for the Doritos Crash The Super Bowl competition. It involved a pair of special underwear adorned with many resplendent orange chips, which you can see Kellie Penna handling with care in the gif above. Here are Kellie Penna’s Resolutions for the New Year 1 Watch more Independent movies. I’ve never had a problem with going to the movies. Do it all the time, and my husband is always game. But we always see “mainstream” movies. Nothing wrong with that, I quite enjoy it. It’s harder to convince my other half to see a film that may be foreign-made, has a bleak outlook, and a possibly depressing end.
